Insert the allen key into the opening of the drill chuck.
Turn the drill chuck anti-clockwise to close the drill chuck.
Turn the allen key clockwise:
Allen key turns: the power drill does NOT have a spindle stop
Allen key does not turn: The power drill has a spindle stop
Click on whether power drill is equipped with a spindle stop.
